My note:

The other day, I was preparing a salad to take on the go.
I poured the Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette into a little snack-size Ziplock bag, so that the salad wouldn’t become wilted enroute.
I got to thinking – there aren’t any salad dressing packets available “to go” – only if you’re eating at a fast food restaurant. How I would love to have my favorite salad dressing in a “to go” pack, so that I don’t have to fuss with the mess of pouring it into a Ziplock! It would keep salads fresh, and encourage people to prepare custom fresh salads from home for lunch, vs. having to buy a salad. Packs could be individual flavors, or a variety pack – for just that: variety! 😉

Thanks for the delicious dressings. They’re inspiring!
